1 def at the moment, want to be tank ranger, quests?

So, im currently 1 def pure with these stats:

60 attack, 88 strength, 93 ranged, 94 magic, 52 prayer and 82 hitpoints.

Im aiming to these stats:

60/70 attack? Which is better? With 60 im 107cmb and 70 im 110. 88 strength, 99 defence, 99 ranged, 99 magic, 77 prayer and 99 hitpoints.

So my questions is:

What quests i still need?
60 or 70 attack?

Hey, i would get 60 attack as you won't be using melee anyway. Being a tank ranger you will need lunar dip done for veng, And Rfd up to rune+

If not Try 60 attack if you dont like go to 70

 

Yeah, or maybe 70 attack and 70 def?

 

Honestly, your strength is already too high, BUT if you are determined to be a tank ranger, you will need the following:

Spirit of Summer, Summer's End. <- This is a MUST, otherwise you will be getting raped by tanks and even mains because of your combat level, with spirit shields.
Rfd COMPLETE <- Again, a MUST, best ranging/maging and defence glove slot in game.
Lunar Diplomacy <- Only if you plan on 1v1 pking.

Edit: You will also need to be getting 80 dung and getting a chaotic staff since your strength is so high, you can't afford to get 75 attack for a sol. Chaotic staff requires 80 magic, 80 dung. DO NOT RAISE YOUR ATTACK.
