Favorite american idol contestant

Doesn't have to be someone who has won, just anyone, from any of the seasons.
I'm from canada, but have never watched canadian idol lol, too boring.

My vote goes to carly smithson, simply because i thought she had a great voice and could sing a large range spectrum of genres.

Even though American Idol can be gay at times..(As can the contestants ) The best season was season 8 or 2 seasons ago.

Favorite is Adam Lambert just because all of his songs really just amazed me with the creativity he brought and how he sang them.

Yeah, daughtry is pretty awesome, he was season 5 i think.
Actually i didn't watch this year i did every other year though.

I agree, american isn't great at times, but when theres good talent i enjoy, plus the auditions always give me a good laugh.

I liked adam, he should have won IMO. I kinda lost a lot of respect for him though when he made out with a guy on stage, i'm not against gays and didnt care that he was gay. But kissing a guy on stage the way he did seemed like a huge publicity stunt to me, which i thought was quite sad.

Syesha Mercado from season 7, I can't believe the fucking David fags took that victory from her. I was livid. She was SO under-appreciated.
