Shoto Scam. Creating report for LCE

Explanation of the trade: I purchased an Account from Shoto a long time ago. Had no issues with it, then sold it to LCE. LCE had resold to someone else and Shoto has just recovered teh account.
And coincidently Shoto returned to Sythe January of this year then disappeared again

How they scammed: recovered an account and is ignoring my messages for help

I do not want to be involved in this. LCE doesnt want the account anymore since he is not sure its secure. If Shoto can just pay LCE directly, I would prefer that. Only doing this on behalf of LCE as the mods said I need to make a report here.
