Runescape General announcement

This is currently the announcement in the Runescape General Section. My suggestion is that it either be removed or replaced because the only information it contains are links that no longer work. I know this is nothing major but it can easily be changed or replaced with valid links.

 

First of all, the second link works. Second, I support this. A little bit of cosmetics never hurts.
