need a new team logo for my csgo team

hi, me and my team need a new logo and are willing to pay if the artist has a pretty decent portfolio in making nice team logos, here is our old one below
we are fairly decent team and compete in quite a few esea/faceit tournaments so we need to show off our name and logo XD
