Rhys is a scammer/Liar

Ok, So i was selling him a runescape account. I went in first, and sold him a my own account which was made in 2003. I gave him pw and info, he gave me 60$ in return. Everything seems okay so far.

The day after, he contacts me on skype and says the account has been locked.
I stay calm and tell him I want to help. He tells me to recover the account, which I tries.

Now here comes the problem, he refunds his paypal money and says i tried to recover the account.

I feel scammed because he tried to frame me for recovering the account and then refunding the PayPal money.
I offered help since he managed to get the account locked, he refuses and refunds.
