Black classic Vans all day

 

I prefer boots most the time. Mostly wellingtons but got some old shitkicker 8 hole docs, recently bought their Tobias boots as well. They are a little classier and more "adult" that the classics.

For wellies I really like red wings, wolverines and ariat square toes. I also like vans chukkas and got a pair of penguin sneakers I really dig.

My first pair (and only right now) of boots actually, Crevo Boardwalk.. I think I found them on jackthreads for ~$95 but looked online and found them for $90. Didn't wanna overspend but didn't wanna be cheap on my first pair so I think that was a happy medium.

At the moment of purchase and still now I'm only interested in wing tipped boots but maybe I'll get something suede in the future

I see these shoes all the time but I do not know how to feel about them. Are they even comfortable or anything? And I'm guessing you can only wear them with pants because I image they'd look odd with shorts.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn fam. They feel like you're wearing socks with a bit of a sole, but the sole feels like clouds.

 

Yeah they're only with pants, hi-tops should never be worn with shorts lol. Comfort is alright, like any shoe it really depends on brands and quality though.

The other shoe I posted is adidas pure boost 2m, it'll be as comfy as your NMDs since they're both boost soles

 

True. I just don't usually wear hi-tops. I only wear my usual shoes with pants and then my Blackwell's (pretty much just knockoff Timberlands imo) during the winter.

Yeah I recognized the other shoes. I like those, boosts are always a solid choice.

Guess that's just the nature of boots eh, they're hi-tops lol. I only have one other pair of hi-tops that aren't boots which are my AF1s but I think I'll sell them, I'm not a fan of how chunky they are.

Yeah for sure, I picked 'em up second hand with the intention of doing 'em up a little but alas it turns out that you can't really source any decent quality paint specifically for shoes without ordering from overseas (ffs NZ). I'll just re-sell and basically get the same value, I can still de-wrinkle the toe box at least.
