Yes it would be, f2p cause it's a much better chance of getting out with the loot.

Tbh, at ~2 am EST in f2p middle its the easiest thing ever to just stay there for 180 secs and wait out penalty... Nobody goes there because everybody is too afraid to lose their 100 steel arrows and shit
