    Briefly explain the trade: I purchased a runescape account through paypal, I have disputed the payment now and they will recieve a fraud infringment.

    I looked up the account and confirmed the details.
    How they scammed: They supplied me with a different account to the one specified.
    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: It was his username and real name on both msn and sythe.
