wae55

Okay so wae55 posts a thread selling 07 gold. I post my skype on his thread. Someone with the display name "wae55" pms me on skype. I ask for a pm on sythe. One, I repeat, one minute after I ask for this pm the real wae55 sends me a message on sythe: "." with the subject line "you are buying gold." It says nothing more than this, ambiguously suggesting that it is him. It turns out, the person on skype is not actually him, and I have just sent 55 bucks to the wrong person. After 5 min of me sending the gold, the real wae55 asks on sythe if i'm buying gold.

I think it is very suggestive that the real wae55 made a fake account and ambiguously messaged me on sythe suggesting i was talking to the real him on skype so he could scam me. v










The two skypes also just happen to have the same IP:

 

1. It is entirely possible to fake ip addresses. That is a simple public ip address and is not difficult to fake.

2. I had extra gold and wanted to sell. I agree that it seems fishy that I contacted you right as you asked the impostor, but its your word against mine I guess.

3. Why would I go through the trouble to do that? If I wanted to scam, I would do it on this account. Orrrrrrrrr, I could make an impostor of another account. Becoming my own impostor is just begging me to be caught.

4. It really sucks that you got scammed, but theres nothing I can do as it was not me and I'm not sure how I can prove it, but it isn't me.

5. Also, why would I only scam 20m? I'm not that desperate...

6. Ban evader, nuff said. Simple google search. Also when I was going to PM him, I was typing "shaydizzle" and "shaydizzle91"(as well as shaydizzle4) which is a banned account showed up. I looked in the post history, and info matches up. Name, skype account, interests, all similar/same.

 

How much was actually lost shaydizzle4?
