This video really had no effect on me.

I think it had to do all with the way it was set up. Horrible choice of audio, and then trying to use silence, did not go. Didn't really like the font either, just bothered me.

I really hate these videos that make an attempt at making us feel bad about our lives. Especially after learning about the logical fallacies, I feel that video was one for some reason...

 

Lol'd to be honest, you are completely correct and the people who make them are even bigger assholes -
I just posted this video mainly because we need to think of others, I am not saying okay, start donating/do good. I am also posting it more on an educational base, and trying to present how everyone else lives compared to us.

.. yeah the video sucks, and the music cuts off.

 

Eh it all depends on location tbh. There are different standards of living for everybody. I was born in a war zone in Serbia, but now live in a suburb in America, lol. My parents always nagged when I didn't finish my food or was "ungrateful" about something because they were used to much lower standards of living and looked at my behavior as wasteful.
