Chat logs are not proof, please read the stickies. Second he gave you the pin before logging off, it's possible he had to leave. Why would he scam $2.53 when he has done $1,300.00 trades?

There still is a place to redeem the pins....

To go:

Account > Account Management > Start/extend a Subscription > Phone > Press Confirm > Put in any phone number you want > enter the pin

Make sure you have the country set to Australia.
