Sharks so cheap?

Why have sharks dropped so low? i personally fish them legit and it is pointless as i around around 150 an hour, that would earn me around 50k atm :/

 

I'd imagine there isn't a massive demand for them at the moment - still need more gold to flow into the eco.

It's not something that I can see people happily buying to train cooking at the moment, and I'd imagine PK'ing isn't nearly as active as it could be with people training so they wouldn't be dropping money on cooked sharks either.

Tempting to buy stuff like that because prices can't possibly stay THAT cheap, but at this stage in the game it would just tie up too much of my money lol.

 

They will eventually rise up to 1k ea

40k an hour is rubbish considering you can pick flax for more lol

 

With the current community base and how prevelant botting has become, I can't really picture shark becoming 1k each. I can, however, easily picture them becoming 700-800 each with time.

 

Sharks can easily be substituted for other foods likes monkfish, swordfish, or lobsters. Sharks are a lot more important when it comes to pking, so give it a couple of weeks since most people are still training their accounts atm. Since most people playing atm are pures, I am guessing that they will hit 1k in a month or so, when more people are pking.

 

The simple awnser is bots and it will remain this way until pking rises and the amount of bots rise and it will stay at a moderate rate of aroung 500-600GP
