My account is somewhat good, 130'ish combat , 2100+ total and not far from quest cape and 99 runecrafting.

yeah people who apply must be able to play quite alot, and must know how to play runescape efficiently (i.e no wasting money)

im looking for someone who knows how to graahk rc.

the reason i need someone to share with, is because i have lost motivation, and deciding to cut down on my time spent playing rs.
