Joltscapev3 Oe of the best server's

Well this was one of the best server's ever, it is now on only 25-30 people max because it just updated from joltscapev2 to v3 we used to have 60 on at times and this server does go down for 5-10 minutes quite a bit but in about a week it should be all back to normal so here are some features:

We are trying our very best to get 24/7 but due to the computer needing alot of updates and accessories it cannot be 24/7 as of yet but we have some progress.

Commands:

::mage - this gives full gold mystic and 1k of each runes
::range - This gives full saradomin dragonhide and 1k arrows
::starter - Only use this once you can only get the items ONCE!!! This gives 15m and 1.5k manta rays.
