try ranging it with a bone crossbow and poison it with a bone dagger? I'd recommend using recoils too if you're not already doing so.

 

i think i used a rune crossbow, you should consider being able to use an addy cbow?

 

Use poisoned weapons and recoil. Also bring huge amount of foods
