Managed to set up myself, won't be buying

I'm planning to host my private server, but I have very slow internet and can't open my ports. Therefore I'll be buying a host for it.

Requirements:
You must be able to host 24/7
Must be dc and lag free
Must handle up to 100 players a time
Have to use no-ip

How we will do it:
We will accept on a monthly price
You are setting up the server so I can see that it works
I'll pay at the start of the month, and so on.
