Sharby (5 donator) recovered an account i bought

I bought 'his skiller' a while ago , he seemed like a good guy.
he even did addy gloves on my pure witch can be found in his vouch pages.
today i try to loggin on the account and i fail.. i double check the info he gave me (maybe i was having a bad day)
NO , i was not i try to use the recover button and the email was changed.

at the pictures below i have proof of him telling me what he knew about the account and he always mentioned MY skiller, he never told me he was not the OO of the account, when i confronted him with the account being stolen , he simply said yeah i was not the original owner.. At that point i felt betrayed already because he never told me this and maybe this trade would've never ben done if i had this info.
After we argued a bit and he keeps on saying bro no i did not do this , i feel sorry for you etc.. i ask him if you refund me the ammount of money i payed for the account i'll let you slip even do i still lost more then the money i payed for the account.
He decides to start refunding me today with his 'bank' (800k in items + gp) in WORLD 303.
I trade him and go to the ge to sell the stuf and start my rebuild again.
WAIT WHAT.... the account that was stolen from me was in WORLD 303, litteraly 5 minutes when he traded me the 800k in WORLD 303 , i confront him with that again... He keeps on telling me he doesn't know annything about that, and he is not logged into the account... I mean like do i need to get more information from god telling me dude this guy is playing you, how much is the chanse of meeting the acc that got stolen litteraly 5 minutes after he trades you his refund in WORLD 303 the same world as where my stolen account was standing in...
I had a good time with this guy we talked alot, i trusted him i daily askes him stuff.
we HAD a great time, until this happens.
I tryed to make him confes to eaze the pain for me , but no he doesn't say a word.

i'm not really in the mood of anything, i just want my money back i spended on the account. either that or you need to get punished for it for not telling me the truth.
