Gears of War 2

Has anyone else beaten the campaign?

I just beat it on Casual, and I think it's probably one of the best campaign's I've played.

Thoughts?

 

to be honest, i thought that when i completed it on hardcore with my friend, [after i did casual] lol. got to love Cole Train

 

His catchphrases are hilarious.

 

especially his little speech to the locusts

i loved that i couldn't stop laughing, my ribs hurt after that scene lol

 

I love the campaign, it was probably one of the best I played as well. Different from alot of other games, its just... perfect!

I don't own the game. But I played it at my friends house and its an excellent game. Rather hard to get used to the controls though (at the beginning)

 

I thought that the campaign to GoW 2 was awesome. I've beaten it on hardcore and it was actually pretty challenging. (Specifically that stupid tank part).

I also like the online play.

 

I haven't played that game yet, does it have live capability, and if so, is the live good?

 

I like the campaign alot but the online play is horrible compared to the first Gears Of War.

 

On live you can play Co-Op, Horde [Butt rushed by Locusts] and Skirmishes with others. great fun

only problem i had with campaign was the Leviathan. i was terrible at grenade through i normally ran up and stuck the bastards lol

 

I'm not a fan of Gears of War 2, but the campaign was alright (better than the first). I'm still not amazed with the online action, maybe not my game style or something. Horde is okay and sometimes some Wingman.

 

Gears of War 2 is probably the best game released on xbox so far

i finished campaign last night, it was brilliant

 

I love the phrases they say.

"Its darker than a rat's ass in here, lets light up betty's titties"

Am I the only one who liked the first one's campaign better? It seemed more believable imo.

 

Haha . I dont like the online play though, but yes the missions are pretty awesome
