I'm sure they can't actually ban you from the whole game, Or for that matter make everyone off your accounts only accesable to quick chat?? Maybe the one you botted on yeah but this? Maybe this is just to try and scare me so i don't bot my other accounts? P.s I do that anyways haha.

That is their copypasta message for a denied appeal. It basically means in EXTREME cases, they can IP ban you. I don't think they've given out an IP ban for simple macroing, scamming, impersonation, etc. It's more for severe bug exploitation like the Falador Massacre.

Yeah, I've gotten the same message before on both my appeals, its an auto-deny I believe

 

It's the auto response system. Everyone gets the same message.

Webclient they can't IP Ban but Now that theres download I'm not sure.

 

They copy/paste, and they CAN IP ban. It's their game.

They only do it in extreme cases though.
