Explain the service: I asked for Stonesi to train 10 of my accounts from a fresh level 3 to an account with 50 thieving, 50 agility, and full rouge set. He said he would do them in sets of two, and wanted 18.4M to cover the cost of bonds/cost of payment to complete the account.
