ConnorP & Osmium (ft. Farcast)

Alright so I did not want to have to make this report but I'm concerned about being ignored by ConnorP & Osmium for days on end. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be told, as a paying customer, what's going on. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here).

Explanation of the trade:

I originally contacted Farcast about a challenger 3v3 spot. He directed me to his partner/friend or whatever, ConnorP, who sold me a spot on a challenger 3v3 team + 10 wins + maintenance of the team til season end. Without my knowledge (I'm still not sure exactly how it worked), he subcontracted my purchase out to Osmium (http://www.sythe.org/members/361643-osmium.html), who I assume was another partner in this venture.

How they scammed: Allowed the team to decay to D1 then D2, will shortly be D3. Season end will be coming up soon, I've had zero contact from Osmium (who is supposedly doing the boost) in nearly 3 weeks, and ConnorP isn't replying to my messages on Skype or Sythe. In all honesty I don't even want a refund, I want what I paid for.

No response from Osmium in weeks (although he hasn't been on Sythe, so it is entirely possible that he is on vacation or something - Although I would expect him to have mentioned it considering I was talking to him about an ETA):

Upon further reflection, I'd like to request a refund from ConnorP until Osmium returns and makes his intentions known. The total amount was $277.75 USD via PayPal, as shown above. Should this all turn out to be a bizarre coincidence, then I will happily pay for the service once again.

 

ConnorP has been banned until he processes a refund or gets your account back to Challenger tier.
