Fly Swatter Attempted Scam

Fly Swatter PMed me about a zerker that i was selling, offering a formidable bid under the condition that i would "allow him to log on and inspect the account beforehand". I respectfully told him no, and that i would take as many screenies of the account and allow a MM to verify the account, but would not give him my details prior to a trade. I even went out of my way to take a screenshot of the account with all of the stats/items to verify it is my account. I included his name in the chatbox so he knows it was not a previous/stolen picture. After that, he never responded, yet has read the message and been online. Clearly, this is a scam attempt.

It may not be enough to warrant a ban, but it is most definitely enough to warrant a TWC.

 

It's not clearly a scam attempt. Some people are very cautious and will only trust their own word / eyes. I'd suggest screensharing, but you're not required by any means to let him on the account/screenshare, etc.
