Sexd - Attempting to sell a name he doesnt own

Which violation you are reporting the user for: User has attempted to sell a name which they do NOT own along side the owner of the name advising him its NOT for sale and not to advertise it.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I have spoken to a big name seller along side a mod on sythe before putting this report through. The user has tried to sell me a name claiming he has it for sale. when i notified him i had spoken to this person and i knew it wasnt for sale he still asked if i had a offer for it (still didnt tell me he doesnt own or doesnt have it) when i spoke to the owner again to confirm it wasnt for sale he advised he had already told nemesis it wasnt and to show him a screenshot that it wasnt, nemesis was approached again and tried to avoid when he realised he was wrong/got caught and said "do you see the name on my list" he then told me began to become alittle abusive lol and told me to go get proof which i did.

Im assuming he wanted to try and sell this for a big price tag and then offer the owner a different amount and pocket the rest. which i definitely know is not allowed.

@Sexd You just had your TWC removed for leaking peoples RSN's and now you are in a sense leaking peoples RSN's again. The name isn't yours and the owner stated himself it wasn't for sale.
