    Just gotta suck it up until you like doing them! After a while you'll probably enjoy them...granted not as much as say back/bi day or whatever....buttttt no one wants to be a floating torso!

    any advice on leg days?

    Leg days are my favorite as well. Since I was 360 pounds of fat, after I dropped to 220 of muscle, my calves, quads, and hams are pretty large from carrying all that weight around. I can lift a lot with my legs and am able to still make small gains and maintain what I have, love leg days.
