Paypal Help

Hello,

I have a small problem involving paypal and registration. Any legitimate reply with help, advice, or your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The Problem:
-----I have recently created a banking account, deposited money, and set it all up with my bank. It was created mainly for paypal use, to link and verify with paypal. From what I hear and have stumbled across on paypal's website/google knowledge, they do not want any minors (below the age of 18) using paypal and its services. I also have access to my SSN for more verification for the paypal.

My questions include:
1. Would my paypal be fine (as in not becoming held later when I have money on it and so on...) if I link my bank account to it even though I am only 17?
2. Should I add my SSN or no?
3. In the past, I have created paypal accounts not knowing they would be held for not having a bank account and the appropiate necessities. I'm somewhat sure I used my real info, just didn't provide credit card or bank account. Would me creating those past paypal accounts affect my new one considering it would be the same info?

I've had a verified Paypal linked to my bank account since I was 16. I never use it, but they've never checked age. They don't know your personal details from your bank account, so nothing has to be the same except the name and such.

Generally once you start sending/receiving funds paypal may ask for valid ID proof of yourself, aswell as a recent bank statement. It may come back to bite you in the ass.


2. Should I add my SSN or no?

In Australia there is no SSN, hence no requirement for it. So in regards to that, I'm unsure.

If you've used the same phone number on multiple accounts, and conducted transactions on each, then you will be permanently black listed from using PayPals services in it's entirety. However, the same number on a business and personal account is allowed.
