Explanation of the trade: Right after the server nukes today I got a customer claiming 6b of his claimed 8.5b bank is gone and I need guidance on what to do. The customer says he didn't do it, the worker says he didn't do it so I'm at a stand still. The whole situation is strange because the worker had a wallet of 2b as well as he was working on two other customers account with a total of 1.7b and both of those customers have confirmed their banks are safe and not touched. Its also strange if it was the worker why he wouldn't just fully clean the one account but that's why im making this report as im lost on what to do here as the customer wants us to get all of his stuff back and if sythe mods agree we will.

Other relevant trade screenshots: The customer is claiming nobody else had access to his account but he did send a screenshot in which hes talking to somebody yesterday in his pms stating "can you do one kc today" and the person said "he will try before sleep" I confronted him about that and he said its a different account but the same jagex launcher account and that he didn't give him the auth or info yet but im not so sure about that as the messages look otherwise. For all I know at this point is multiple people did in fact have access to his jagex account.. I will send screenshot proof in reported post for customers privacy.

well first off. i havent giving anyone but the worker the auth an bankpin. atfer a worker is done i allow my friend i trust for 4 years play on my acc when the work is done. i change the pw an bankpin. atfer every order i do with them. so it had to be him.

i just got told right when the there discord got shot down owner didnt wanna pay anyone so the worker get hold of my acc sense he already had acces to it an took my shit off my ironman as payment

also refunded the remainder of his service order.

 

why did the worker only put 2b down an not 8.6b when the ironman had 8.6b bank on it.

 

im pretty sure that very worker has to put down the same when doing order. i didnt evne know he put 2b down intal today when this bs happen.
