He added me asking how much for a rs3 account and i said csgo or paypal and i said paypal really but he said hes gonna restart his pc he didn't go offline or anything on skype and then just asked me if he can go on the account i was at that point like hmm thats weird why would he want to go on the account and then when i said no he stopped replying hes actually temporarly banned on sythe so i don't know if this helps you but this seems like he was trying to scam me

I banned him for offsite scamming so it's a possibility.
