Serum scammed me out of 320M gold.

What happened:

1. So both of us agreed that I would pay 320M OSRS gold in exchange for his account without the use of a MM. I would go first. I also made him sign a contract stipulating the terms of our agreement. I then proceeded to make the trade. As agreed upon, he provided me the details to his account and switched the email to my own. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

2. At this point, having access to his account I discovered he had concealed relevant information: he had been warned three weeks ago by a moderator that they were suspicious the account was being sold. As this was material information, I demanded a refund and he agreed. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet.

I then transferred him back control of his account to his preferred email address. However, he did not pay me my 320M, logged off Skype, and I have since been unable to communicate with him. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I should note that after he logged off/blocked me from Skype, he removed all sensitive details of the account from Skype. His intent was clearly to scam and he has not yet responded to any of my messages through these forums. He also edited the thread to say the account had been sold, which is not accurate as it is in his possession, as is all of my gold, as the Skype logs directly support.

If there is any other information you need, please let me know. Finally, I want to say what a miserable person and coward he is. I have spent every piece of gold I owned on this account and he has made me quit the game.

 

Please note in the second Imugr link under bullet point 1, one of the screenshots is out of order. My apologies. I can re-upload in correct order or you can simply ignore the first screenshot (I think I uploaded it twice and the second one is in proper order).

 

Have placed a DNT on @Serum for now, @HowardMoon could you please buy a full screenshot of the PM in which he said his Skype.

Also someone suggested that I screenshot me trying to get in touch with him earlier today after he scammed me. These were my two "kindly" worded messages to him, not yet replied to. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
