    I just wanted to ask if it's alright for those buying gold (not selling) to ask for vouches once a transaction is completed.

    I buy gold here and there for personal use, but sometimes Gold sellers refuse me (I use PayPal) because I don't seem to have any vouches.

    You are more than welcomed to ask for vouches whether you're a seller/buyer. The point is, you're a trader. If you have done business or trade, you may request a vouch :D

    Vouches
    You can request one for any trade - buying or selling, but the buyer has the right to decline.

    Basically, you can ask, but you can't require or make it a condition upon trading.
