Oreospective scammed me. 07 Questing service

Scammer's profile link: Oreospective
Explain the service: He was going to do a few quests for me for a cheap buck, then my account was banned for one day so we chatted for awhile, and when my account came back I gave him the information and everything. I payed him 11.5m to do the quests then he blocked me.
Amount scammed: 11.5 mill plus my bank worth of 27m he brought it down to 2.3m OSRS gold
