WON a dispute filed against me.

So, About a week ago I sold 100M eoc RSGP to some kid, who then decided as soon as he had the gold to chargeback (unauthorised claim)
Unless this kid was somewhat of an idiot? I won the dispute, all I done was provide enough evidence, screenshots etc. Another thing that helps a lot, in my opinion, is in the proof of evidence, you can link paypal to the report a scammer thread you made in regards to this person.
So in conclusion, it is possible to win these disputes!

Post any experiences you have had with unauthorised claims and how they concluded!

    Damn son. Nicee congrats.

Yeah I had a similar incident too. I got chargedbacked twice and I won both of my disputes. Same like you, I gave enough evidence of the MSN Chat etc and I gave in game screenshot, and BOOM I won :D

Yeah nice work man! I was stoked to see the money back in my paypal balance, not much but still! I think with enough proof (Screenshots of literally every move done) you should be fine! I also made him put a note on there about receiving the goods (Not sure if this helped?)

At the end of the day, I will be following the same process for all trades!

You gave evidence of the MSN chat. But how? You uploaded to imgur/gyazo etc and posted the links there?

I used Gayzo and made screenshots of everything + the screenshots of him verifying his paypal information in the game. I think that gave icening to the cake. I also had more information of verifications on sythe his profile linking to his skype my gold selling thread ect. Takes some time to make the whole case out but its worth it.

Always good to hear stories like this.

Providing that kind of proof especially helps because PayPal's ToS does not cover buyers of virtual goods. So, if you have proof they were in control of their account, they have no leg to stand on!

You just need the time to make a proper dispute, tbh. People tend to give up hope because of all the bad stories they hear, so they don't put in the time they could for a winning dispute.

Take note that Paypal Dispute is different from an 'Unauthorized Claim'. It's actually easy to win a Paypal Dispute especially when you instructed the buyer to place on the note that the payment was for 'virtual gold'. Unauthorized Claim is quite impossible to win because the charge back comes from the credit card company and not from paypal.

Well that being said; I won an authorized claim. I have 3 more disputes to deal with, 2 being unauthorized, 1 being non receipt.

I find that when it comes to unauthorized claims is to link them to the scam report you've filed against them in regards to the chargeback with all required screenshots and PayPal can then see he/she was banned for it.
Hope you win your dispute, bud!

He might have lost it on purpose and was just taking a pre-caution. Usually when people lose the dispute, they never provided any proof, forgot about it or were dumb and told PayPal they were doing a virtual trade.

    IMO,
For unauthorized claim, you will 100% lose if the unauthorized is valid(paypal deem it), no matter you delivered gold or not, cuz paypal won't protect virtual goods trade. Otherwise, you win.
For non-receipt dispute, you just need to type something like "i already delivered ***M to you, your skype/msn is ....., your rsn is".
The dispute will be closed automatically if the buyer don't escalate it to a claim within 20 days. You win.
For a claim, just need to send an note to paypal "virtual goods, already delivered", if you're a valued/trusted member of paypal, you win.
As my paypal manager told me "paypal won't look at your gold trade pics, skype converstaions, cuz they can't tell if the proof is fake or not"

Thanks for your comment, kevin. It's great to get some advice from a valued GP seller. I guess you are right about the unauthorized claim, if it is valid, there is obviously no chance of beating the claim.
In regards to someone claiming non receipt, if there is a note, what else do you have to say to PayPal? Because I have noticed you have to upload documents etc..
