Explanation of the trade: Approached me trying to buy 250m, to which I replied my rate and we both agreed, he sent me BTC and didn't want to wait for 1 confirmation, and was trying to ask for a refund, making me risk holding GP and getting banned, I believe TWC should be applied here for poor trading practices, extremely disrespectful and rude.
Never discussed not waiting for 1 confirmation.

We do not have a problem going first with other customers, just not with aggressive rude individuals who expect us to go first who we never traded before, and he kept showing me his $480 trades as if hes mega rich or something

How hard is it to refund 125$ u said no I said k refund it when u get it wasn't even confirmed yet when I asked

He keeps saying there's no refund. I only bought it to deliver it to another customer wasn't even profiting off it all the other gold sellers I normally go to for this had no gold. I never forced him to deliver with no confirm I simply left my address for when it confirms, got searchy to do it

 

Sencx claims it wasn't confirmed when he asked for the refund
but we already bought the gold and had it prepared for him

So how is that our fault? and why should I refund? He already completed the purchase.
He did not explain that he wanted it before it confirms.

And sythe rule dictates that he who sends must wait for 1 confirm
After i got 1 confirm , i asked him to come and trade me and he said he wanted refund.
We are still holding the gold waiting to pay him, and he does not want it.

Show me a rule on sythe that hes eligible for refund and ill happily refund.
We also cannot refund the btc it has $25 fee to be sent back unless Sencx covers that.

We are losing money holding BTC. + A risk of ban + risk of gold going down.
This is not a hate post, you are disrespectful, and a bully, towards my workers.
