    User is bidding on his own name and is intentionally raising the bids. As you can see someone offered 5m 07 and he offered 7m 07 using his alternate profile in order to have the other person bid more.

    Jelly Helm only has 2 IPs on his audit so the likelihood that it's a random proxy/VPN match and not his alt profile when the two profiles are both only involved in name sales is basically non existent.

    It's a dynamic IP and unfortunately ISPs are different. One is from San Jose and other is Bridgeport.

    I don't think it's enough for a ban.
