[accounts] Selling Lily's New Transfering Guide [pins]

hello, i recently found a method on runescape where you can transfer almost anything. I've tried it and it works perfectly fine.
For Example : transfering 100m will only take approximately 20minutes.
This guide is not to be sold without permission doing so will result in a bad thing
For the guide i am accepting accounts and pins so yeah. Also will need a moderator to verify guide.
