Guide 1: How to get a nice tan :)

Basics:
You need this! - Sun, Skin, Time

Option one: sunburn tan (this is where you get sunburned when the sunburn fades you will be darker)
All you have to do is go outside (show what you want tanned (remember your OUTSIDE ))

Option two: Tanning lotion tan (this is quicker, but often leads to windburn which gives a fake sunburn vision)

Step1: apply lotion to any area you want tanned (remember to apply equally)
Step2: go into the sun and lay DO NOT be active you will sweat and mess up the lotion

Option 3: tanning bed (this is a longer proccess but ends with quicker results

Step 1: go to your local tanning place
Step 2: ask what would be right for you to start tanning (they will tell you how many minutes you should be in a bed for)

Option 4: spray tan (fast, and safe!)

This is simple and sometimes looks amazing (other times you end up looking like a carrot so be careful!)

Step 1: go to a place with a spray tan booth
Step 2: get spray tanned



Please understand these methods are very shortened because i believed it was enough to explain and help, if you have any problems that i can help with please post!

Caution: tanning can cause many problems including wrinkles, sun spots, and cancer please be aware of this before you tan i am not reliable for anything that occurs with any products you use or any problems you get from this.

 

Tanning beds and spray on tans are very bad for one's skin and can cause some serious health problems, so I advise anyone to not use those two methods. Other then that, this is a basic guide and pretty much only requires common sense to make and follow. Four out of ten.

• Organization
• Additional Factions

In my opinion, this is a poorly written Guide. It would take a few seconds to compose, and after someone reads it, they won't be "wow'd". Certainly not something that anyone would remember.
