No duh it's illegal. Just because you buy it off a legit seller, it doesn't change the legality of it.

Please explain how $70 worth of Microsoft points:

1. Expires in 24 hours.
2. Is being sold for $10.

Not to mention you can easily get console banned, then good fight $300 for stolen Microsoft Points.

 

well these cards are generated for me as i am afew of things with microsoft for one i am a registered reseller of microsoft goods and for 2 i have technet account on microsoft to so i can get elechtronically generated keys within a second so no this is not any thing that would ever bann you from xbox live it wont happen i hope that answers your question.

 

ive been using them for atleast 3 months and no ban yet, and none of the points ive gotten expired in 24 hours.
