    Both purchases failed. Code#1: 6057993173476757319086298; Code#2: 4870632683086067852765348 - neither of the purchases cleared the fraud check.

    There is no time on the account, the Game Time Card was removed :| If you still have contact with that person you may want to see if they can get you a replacement because of the failed purchase.

    Not the one that was added earlier :( It was bought on our online store from another account. - If it was purchased in-game, be careful as 99% of those are scams, unless you personally know the person. Keep in mind it's also illegal to purchase game time for in-game gold.

    The order was declined, by the person who brought it. Could be a few different reason. Bank declined, fraudulent charge, etc.

    Haven't had problem with anyone else, I refunded his money and he tried to blame his account getting locked on me.
