He is selling "unlimited pins cheap" as he apparently "gets them for free". There is no way to obtain free pins besides scamming to get them. Most likely he uses the chatroom method, pretends to be a girl and gets guys to purchase the pin by phone unsuspectingly.

Although I'm not sure scamming outside of Sythe is a bannable offense take note that pins obtained as such ARE ALMOST ALWAYS CANCELLED. I purchased 2 pins a couple months ago that did indeed work but after about 2 months Jagex reversed it and told me I owed them 60 days worth of credit because the phone owner(s) had decided not to pay.

My suggestion is that he should be able to provide to at least one Mod/Admin the method with which he obtains free pins. If he cannot, it goes to show that he does indeed scam to obtain them and many of these pins' credits will be reversed later on.

 

I can't really ban him for that.
