Highest offer so far is $1,750

Hey there Bills. I'm interested in buying your white partyhat. I am willing to pay $1,750.00 via Western Union. I will cover the fees for the WU transaction as well as the fees for the official middle man. Let me know soon please!

Just wondering, that offer you have stated there can you quote where it actually came from looks fake to me.

It's from a pm... not much I can do about that.

And I have no fucking clue why I have a TWC right now.

That's my offer, I sent it via PM. Bills mind explaining your TWC? I don't remember seeing it when I offered.
