If i made a web browser...

if i made a web browser in visual b is there any way to make it connect through a proxy server so if i used it at school none of the websites would be filtered. if i used that browser.

 

I just use whodad.com Shoot my teacher even watched me do it and he didnt care. Lol but thats my school. Then again hack into the system on that cp and disable the site blocker

 

or make your school account user a admin and go online

 

works in theory but not in reality.

 

Start Menu -> My Computer -> WINDOWS -> System32 -> CMD

Type the following into the CMD:

Code:

 ping [site adress]

Example....

Code:

 ping www.youtube.com 

Then type that URL into your program so that when you, for example, click on a button, your webbrowser connects to the IP instead of the URL.

This only works if the school system blocks the URL, if it filters the contents it ussually doesnt work.

As for "disabling the site blocker", alot of schools use their Diosisan (not sure on spelling, sorry) server to block out websites.

That is, a filter that cannot be configured by the computer is blocking content, much like your service provider barring numbers on your phone.

If your school, somehow, has hidden the c drive or something, type c:/My Computer/WINDOWS/System32 press any random icon, press "c" on the keyboard, then ''m" on the keyboard and you should see CMD.

actually..my computer is where you can go to access the C drive, hehe.
so it would be C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe

ive hacked my schools system a few times but you need to go on this website to change the proxy settings. and i dont know the website.

 

Well if you couldn't simply change the proxy settings you didn't actually "hack" the system did you.

 

U can use a SOCKS 5 proxy

go to aliveproxy.com

find one that works

then tools>options>advanced>network>settings

click manual proxy configuration and socks 5 host

enter the IP and port

 

try pscode.com they have lots of examples of vb6 ran proxies

but today wen u go to aliveproxy.com it says its not running due to "PREVENTIVE MAITENANCE" can someone else try the site to see if its just my computer plz???

and if it says "Preventive maintenance" then its obviously not your computer, maybe try googling "Preventive maintenance" so you understand what they are doing...
