I've been recieving lots of good feedback and been asked many questions about dieting and working out etc. Since quite a few people have asked me for this service, I decided to make this thread.

I'll be selling personalised meal plans created according to your budget and tastes along with workout routines specifically created according to your schedule and goals, all of which are guaranteed to work if followed.

I'll be taking only RSGP as payment now and will add other payment options depending on the response I get. I'm already quite a bit trusted here (Vouches: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1046433)

Since I just started this business, I do not have a fixed price as yet and will negotiate everything on MSN.

Hey, how do you know mmm_Donuts has ripped images from BodyBuilding.com?

 

I'd made a thread about my transformation a few days ago on bb.com which got a lot of views & this guy thinks im a diff person ripping off the pic from there. However, from my original thread here you'll find pics which you won't find on my bb.com profile If you want more proof, i can take a pic of myself with a note saying Sythe.org or something

 

I'm interested but like, will this be helpful for cutting weight and slimming down too?
