    It's because it's illegal. They can however give you access to their account, and you add it on.

    or we can OMM And i give them the pin, and then they put in UK And then the pin.. much safer.?

    You're still selling/giving away the pin by doing that. :/
    It's not about safety, it has to do with legal issues.
