    Hello Sythe,

    Ive got my hands on 2 EUW Smurfs - Both are level 30 and have a fair amount of champions.

    1 account is fairly active, has a shit ton of champs and skins and is currently Silver & the other is Level 30 unranked and has been inactive for 10 months.
