As title says, I am buying a PKer with a decent amount of cash on it.

My preferred payment method is bank transfer, since it's quick, ultra safe and will leave both me and the seller happy.

I will use an MM or OMM for this trade, or I will go first. I won't ask people to go first to me since I have no trust, but if you wish to go first you can.
I am more set on the idea of going first, and therefore I will require the seller to have plenty of vouches (Not for anything such as training etc).

Since I am spending my real money on an account, that can easily be recovered, I am not looking to spend too much. So theres no point offering me accounts with like 100M+ and alot of 99s.
All I ask is that it is a good PKer and has cash on it, no recoviers, bank pin or E-mail would also be a bonus.

There may be other types of PKers I will buy, so just throw in what you have. Any account offered that is not PK specific (clear type of PKer, Mains do not count as PKers) will be reported for spam. You must reply here with you account username, bank value, and your asking price. Any post missing this will be reported. I would prefer you to post pictures, but that can be dealt with at a later stage.

I will pay extra for accounts that have Fire Capes, Rune Defenders, Torsos, Slayer Helms etc.
I will pay slightly higher if the account I buy is 1 Def and has atleast 1 completed Prayer book.

Stats such as Slayer will also raise the price I will pay.

I can also offer Runescape account swaps if you wish. I have 2 decent accounts atm which I can offer you so just tell me what your preferred payment is.
