Wtf?

I got infracted by SnowPatrol for " Spamming " for this post:

It's in the correct section, I own this item and would like to sell it, yet I get harassed by moderators like Snow that incorrectly judge things, and or dont even know the definition of Spamming.

SNOW SAYS " I issued you an infraction for spamming, which is what you were doing in that post."

Okay wheres the spam?... My main post, cost etc... then a reply to somebody of how they could flip it, then my calculations, and last but not least telling somebody i'd add them on MSN.

WTF?

Spamming is multiple garbage posts.

I POSTED ONE POST TO SELL A ITEM THAT IS IN BULK.
I OWN THIS ITEM.
Why should i be harassed?

Send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.

I KNOW YOU CANNOT FIGHT AN INFRACTION, BUT I WANT HIGHER POWERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS. YOUR MODERATORS ARE DOING THINGS INCORRECTLY, AND UNLAWFULLY AND IT ISN'T FAIR.

I private messaged him twice, he replied with the quote above i posted. Then I contacted FireZ and he never replied.

I've done all I could, im sick of being infracted by moderators that abuse their power or are power hungry and cant wait to use it so they just try it out on anything.

Its not a lick of spam what-so-ever.

I can see how he considered that spam.. that is what you were infracted for. Its not abuse, its his job.

Besides, infractions are warnings, get more and you'll be tempbanned.

If you want to dispute an infraction, PM Snow Patrol instead.
