I disagree. Just from the one sim that you did odds are off by X%. Personally I believe you should not be able to sell calc's on here as they are basically a scam.

 

Very easy to say something is off by X% then not provide any substance of insight to why you decided this.

 

1. You are valuing a 1.15X @ 6.3%
2. 6 hp and -5 att and +4 def do not add up to 56.3%

 

The x is kind of irrelevant as it is purely showing a "fair" stake which as an odds staker you should not be taking. to make money consistently you need a profit margin above 50% ( Which I'm assuming of course you know this. ) I like to use 54% as a minimum margin to take a stake.

As far as 56.3% not being correct I would strongly disagree with that. There are many odds calculators out there using wrong formulas . I am confident this calculator is correct.

 

Main thing is that X is extremely broken. All calculators have +/- 2% or so. but anyway you put it that X is not a "fair x" nor is it a 54% X

 

I would agree with you on that point however the point of this calculator is not for X-ing, it is for finding the odds on a specific stake. I have a separate calculator I used for x-ing which i can include for free if the buyer requires. ( You do not require to x to make money in the duel arena, however it can help especially in situations where you have say 52% odds and want to bump the odds up to 55% ( Please note that xing somebody does not change the odds of that particular stake, but the odds of profit in the long term- all odds staking is, is long term profit, hence the "margin")

I am very knowledgeable when it comes to staking and odds and I am not some random new member trying to sell a shitty calculator as a "get rich quick" I am happy to help the buyer understand odds staking and provide suggestions on account builds.

Minimum x- if you click this button it will give you the minimum x to use to get 55% odds ( I recommend 55% as a minimum)
Recommended x - This will give you the x for 60% odds
Calculator calculates in real time as you type.

All you do is type in your odds of winning, then if needed use the minimum x

Once you become good at staking however you will find this xing calculator fairly redundant as you very quickly memorize what x you require for what percentage odds you have,

 

I don't know who you are exactly but I'm well aware of how odds staking works as well, I myself was in the staking seen for a good year/year and a half. Clearly though you aren't pulling $4-5K months or you would not be selling a calculator.

 

I can tell you know what you are talking about, I included that for people who are reading the thread. I also know you have no intention of buying the calculator, I am merely answering you.

My reasons for selling the calculator are personal but include moving country, A new career and less time for Runescape. I will still have use of the calculator myself of course and will do this as a hobby to supplement my income. However at this point in time my life is fairly hectic.

besides posting my bank transactions and paypal I don't know what more you want from me. Making money from Runescape is good however a stable job with guaranteed money has a lot less stress involved. Hence why I am selling the calculator. I have 4 Bil worth of vouches all from gold selling since I joined with many of my sales unvouched.

Finding a good accurate calculator is quite hard (As i'm sure you would know) there are quite a few around but many of them are quite inaccurate (See tribot staking script for example)

 

Staking sim is the most widely accepted staking calc and if you join just about any TS and ask for it they will hand it out. I also agree that you can make money from rs but truthfully at some point or another every staker gets cleaned for their entire BR. Goodluck with your ventures.

 

Thanks for the interest, I have seen many stakers get cleaned from staking beyond their means. I generally only stake a maximum of 10% of my current bankroll which has so far (20,000 + stakes) has prevented me from being cleaned. Just because a stake has high odds does not mean one should chuck their whole bank on it, You can still lose a stake with 75% odds (Again I'm sure you know this but not everybody reading this thread will understand and I want people to know what they are buying into)

That gif isn't a solid proof.. You missed the second part.. Do a real stake with this calculator.

• Show the % %
• Do the stake and lets see the results?

 

You do realize even if you have a 99% chance of winning you can still lose right?

For example:

A VS B
Chance of A Winning 60% Chance of B Winning 40%
In a perfect world A would win 6/10 stakes and B would win 4/10
Of Course in real world terms you need huge numbers for this to show accurately, especially as we all know streaks in the duel arena are very real.

You make it sound like you think its a guaranteed win if the odds are in your favour. This is absolutely not the case.

All a video would do, besides showing the usernames of my staking accounts (Which I don't really want to do) Would show a stake in which someone wins and the calculator doing what it did in the GIF.

Besides video-ing 10,000 stakes and showing you the results it seems kind of pointless.

If you still insist on some form of proof, provide me with 2 usernames and the type of stake. I'll do the calculation (with vid or gif proof) and you can test it yourself.
