Buying 98-99 #GOOD NAMES#

I'm currently pending to find a suitable 98-99 RS account.

The account MUST have the following:
° Total level over 1000.
° A Good name; No numbers please #Guaranteed#
° Some useful items in bank to start me off #Guaranteed#
° Great stats
° No Black marks! #Guaranteed#
° No Recoveries
° No Bank pin

These boundary rules apply for the buyer and seller:
° I "MAY" go first (If you're trusted and are a Member/Active Member/ Forum Addict or a guru with a good rep with some trustworthy vouches.)
° You "MUST" go first (If you're a leecher)

Proving ownership of the selling account:
You "MUST" provide images to prove that you're the right owner of the account. These images you must prove are listed below:
° No Bank Pin
° No Recoveries
° Your Bank
° Stats
° Black marks
° Your proven Combat level
