CC can still refund ur money. all u do is call paypal and they'll refund it to u

Even if you do file/cancle the claim you can still charge back your money.

Use caution with CC's over paypal. The card holder can call their card company and have it reversed, even after a claim/cancel. I would sell you 100 mil via WU if you like.

 

When you claim then cancel, you cant chargeback. Also, in the comment make the buyer say "i have recieved this product ive bought!"
