99% of 10k/6k accounts are carded from a chinese site...Now for ones with 160 msp codes, you're looking at 37.5 so not feasable. If you buy one I'd suggest you make sure they show the billing history.

What happens if I use these points to, lets say buy the Games on Demand version of Black Ops and then delete the account? Would I get banned?

 

Well if your using an account that is carded than you most likely will get banned.

 

If you buy something in game on demand with a carded account you run a risk of banning
